Date of Composition for Song for Carol

Does anyone know when Song for Carol was composed? The copyright date is 1981, but this is after Wilder's death. I've looked in the most of my usual references, but I'm not getting anywhere. Any information would be appreciated.

Alec Wilder: A Bio-Bibliography by David Dempsey and Ronald Prather should have the information you need. Appendix II is a chronological list of all Alec Wilder works. I don't have a moment anytime soon to go look it up in the library for you, but you can probably find this book in most college/university libraries.
