Fountain City Brass Band is a group you simply have to hear. They sounded amazing. One of the highlights of the weekend for sure.

Tony, your group was the hit of the evening. I expected a youth group playing after the Championship section to be a wash, but you guys were great. I love the Tchaikovsky 4th, and your kids did an excellent job with it. Plus, you did it without having to back off the tempo one iota.

"Rolling Thunder" at the end was the perfect finishing touch, too.

Is it correct that your band is high schoolers only?

Thanks. We had a great time playing, and the audience reaction was awesome. The TYBB is all high school age, maybe about 9 seniors. We rehearse once a week, Nov. thru May.
