Types of Valve Oils

Hello,

I was wondering if you could share the differences between petrolium based valve oils and synthetic based valve oils. I just got work done on my valves and the repair person used blue juice on the valves.

I normally use Al Casss fast valve oil and recently switched to binak pro. If anyone could offer some insight into this, that would be great!!

The only reason I've heard of for using synthetic is petroleum allergies. My teacher has them, so all of his and the school's horns are exclusively Allison brand oil. I have used both synthetic and natural myself, and have never noticed much difference in their performance.
