So here goes,
Has anyone compared the Sidey Classic in Stainless to the same mouthpiece in brass?

What have you noticed in terms of sound (projection, clarity, junk in the sound etc..)
articulation etc..
thanks,
Bill

I started off with the stainless model but thought it sounded a bit dull, though I liked everything else about it. Now I have the classic and I'm very happy.

Sorry. Happy with the brass, not happy with the stainless.

Re: The new BBb vs CC aka Stainless vs brass
I have both Sidey Classics, (in stainless and brass). To me, they are different in that the brass 'piece feels larger than the stainless. I seem to feel the flat rim and sharp bite more acutely when using the brass version but the difference is slight. My perception is that the stainless projects more while the brass version may be a trifle warmer with less edge.
