It broke and now i can no longer zip up my bag.
Is there a place I can go to get it fixed????

Go to a luggage repairer, and ask them to put on a YKK zip. These have interconnecting teeth and are much much more reliable than regular zips. They are standard on hiking packs etc. If you are not sure, talk to a hiking shop. This will be lots cheaper than getting a replacement or sending it back to the factory.
