This one cheats my eyes, possibly because my own period 3+1P Class A sample is about 6" taller.
This old Class B Besson has 3 valves, and it has the architechture of a BBb tuba, only I see no way finding enough tubing for that pitch. My own take is that it is a very compact Eb.
And I am not a a bidder on this one.

Re: Pitch of this one?
looks similar to a tuba for sale at Dillon's. Besson Eb. with that "reverse" wrap style.

Re: Pitch of this one?
Guessing, from what the seller has provided, this is an Eb in the BBb wrap, and therefor shorter. The 2nd valve looks too long to be a Bb baritone, yet not long enough to be a BBb.
Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

Re: Pitch of this one?
If the valves are tight and the pitch is brought down to A=440, the concept of these old Eb tubas is fine for a beginning tubist.
