STOLEN: Conn Double-bell Euphonium (WI)

Post by ParLawGod »

Hello, I hope this is a the right place for this.

Someone I know recently had his Conn double-bell euphonium stolen in Kiel, WI (Sunday August 9th I believe is the date). The band was packing up after a gig, and someone walked off with the horn (they were all just a few feet away, so the person must have been quite sneaky and experienced). The horn is silver-plated, and around 1908 vintage. A distinguishing mark is a long narrow deep dent in the top bow! I do not have a serial number yet, but will talk with the person to get one.

A picture is below. If you see any 4-valve, bell up, silver-plated, Conn double-bell euphoniums for sale PLEASE contact me so I can pass the info along (it may be worth the authorities looking into if it fits the bill).

Substantial reward offered for the return of the horn or for info leading to the return.

Thank you!
