It will definitely make me practice harder. I know exactly where I went wrong too (my pitch in the voice started to go a little off in the 3rd section and just got worse...it was like that for a phrase and a half, at which point i stopped using the polyphonics and just nailed the tuba pitches...after I got the pitch, I got back on with the voice, and it was pretty good).
The one thing that I've learned from my school's "resident atonal crap sax player" is that you have to sell it. And I went and sold it (and honestly, everyone who'd never heard the piece before loved it...I was the only one who was that disappointed)

Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

So, what's for lunch?
Might be a little late for today's repast, but for some economical eats, a little wild boar hunting might be in order.

I had to drag the kids out to an early quintet rehearsal tonight. Since there was not time for dinner at home, I bought three McDonalds happy meals - two 4-piece nugget and one "Mighty Kids" 6-piece nugget. Total was $11.33! I was NOT happy!!!

My wife called to say she is bringing home a kitten from work. She just called back again, to say she is bringing home two.
