Would like to get some feed back on the Wenger tuba tamer stand sans chair. Will it hold any size tuba?Is it practical to gig with?

Both DEG and K&M make "tuba stands" that are very portable and work very well. The DEG is lighter and cheaper, yet not made quite as sturdy as the K&M so depending on what you are looking for either of these could be the right one for you. FWIW
