Klaus, you know what pole-dancing is...The reason you've never witnessed to a demonstration is because the exhibition halls generally are not equipped with bicycle racks.

What I have understood about pole dancing in the US is that they need to mount the poles securely to floor as well as to roof. Just to prevent the dancer from using the pole as a tooth picker. Or was it a reversed function?

The relativity of that relative doesn’t relate to Einstein’s theoretical relativity. Will you or shall I decode the name of Einstein? On a related topic there is a song about Hitler to the first strain of Colonel Bogey. Royal Albert Hall is an important part of the rhyming. This isn’t about politics, rather about anatomy.

Thanks very much, and glad you liked it...I haven't heard it yet...but I guess (??) I heard it when I played it ...I just wish that the "Mardi Gras" tune (though just as primitive a tune as "Saints") was on there as well.

One notes that the Sousaphone player did not feel the need for his bell to touch his forehead, and he was able to wear the same style hat as his compatriots. Band Directors take note!

Neither did he show much interest in demonstrating his vertical leap while playing. I'm glad that style never took Roots.

Will the general public know to appreciate any finer details of the above instruments? Hardly.

Is the pimpophone ready for symphony halls aside from dueling encores with Brandon Marsalis? Hardly. Will it catch attention with the general public? I guess. Get a pink fur collar with the tips dyed neon green, and your outfit is complete.

Thanks for posting the photos.

I found the pictures of the recording studio very interesting. I had no idea of what the setting would be. I figured that, with a band, the playeres would stand/sit near microphones and play. The placement of the partitions around the players position was curious. I suppose this is so the sound is isolated and the engineer can modify it in the mix?

Yes, "Audio Score" from Photoscore, a division of Sibelius. I downloaded the free demo version which has full capabilities but will only do 50 seconds of music and tried it out. If you remember the first versions of Photoscore, it used to take me 20 hours to correct the scanning mistakes on a 3 minutes choir piece, you will have an idea of how useable this is. It might work for a single melody line with block chords, but anything else is gobblegook on the screen. Please someone tell me I am wrong 'cause I really need this program to work. It would be a life saver for me. I don't transcribe well and I have 3 projects in the can right now that I need to transcribe.
