Re: Tuba Carols London UK
Sue & I recently were invited back too perform at a Carols Around the Wurlitzer concert in Woking, Surrey with international theatre organist Len Rawle and other guests.
I premiered a new version of Infant Holy arranged by Terry Treherne and Sue performed John Ireland's The Holy Boy. We duetted in The Christmas Song and the Cavalry Tuba got an airing in O Holy Night.
We played too 2 packed houses at 2.30pm and 7.30pm raising monies for the American Theatre Organ Society.

Re: Tuba Carols London UK
Did anyone take video this year? Nothing on YouTube!
Unfortunately due to technical problem my recordings were no good this year
Pictures were certainly taken a plenty (every time I looked up a camera was pointing at my Neptune!), but I haven't seen any.

Yes, me too! Arriving late due to the 'rush hour' traffic conditions in London last Sunday and then diving for cover from the rain at the end unfortunately meant little chance to socialise this year.Highams wrote:sorry we did'nt get a chance too chat
