The Canadian Brass has done many Jazz standards - even some full CDs of them:
High Society: Jazz Masterpieces from the Dixieland Era (all standards)
Swing That Music: A Tribute to Louis Armstrong (mostly standards)
Take the "A" Train: The Best of Duke Ellington (a few standards, sadly)
Swing Time! (mostly standards)
Red Hot Jazz: The Dixieland Album (mostly standards)
Basin Street (mostly standards, with added banjo.)
also their early Ragtime LP Rag-Ma-Tazz has early Rag/Jazz standards.
I suppose some of these arrangements are available as sheet music, but it is hard to be sure. I have not explored all of the CB books and charts, but they are for sale.
BTW, I am suggesting these songs on the CDs are "standards" because either any competent Dixie band should know them, or a Swing Band should know them, or they are in the "Top 100 Jazz Tunes of All Time" sort of list, or all of the above. (Based on my experience in playing this sort of music for decades and 25 years as a non-commercial radio jazz DJ.)

Duke Ellington Suite arr. Gale
Also check out Gary Schlecta's website for other tunes
Jack Gale has also done a ton of other arrangements of jazz standards just cannot think of any more right now
I have never met Jack Gale but I believe he lives in NYC might be worth looking him up

Re: Jazz standards for Brass Quintet?
Most of the Luther Henderson arrangements done for the Canadian Brass are published, and work quite well with the "right" players.
I have also become a fan of the arrangements of Jack Gale (first learned of him throught his West Side Story Suite done for Empire Brass). The Ellington Suite may provide some of what you are looking for. While not all listed below are, strictly speaking, “standards,” the following may be helpful – all are Jack Gale arrangements unless noted.
These are available from the American Brassworks Music Publishing Company
(http://www.americanbrassworks.com/)
After You've Gone
As Time Goes By
Bugle Call Rag
Duke Ellington Suite (Contains: Sophisticated Lady, Satin Doll and Take the A Train)

'Round Midnight (Thelonius Monk - Arranged by Ingo Luis)

Although it's technically not a jazz standard, Jack Gale's arrangement of Selections from Porgy and Bess is hard to beat. A big warning though, this arrangement is not for beginners.
