The usual suspects.

All in the same room (except for the quiet-lovers in the hall).

You'll find several major purveyors of new and used hardware (with must about every current tuba or euph that you might like to play "The Ride" on), a large supply of printed and recorded music, mouthpieces and other accessories galore. All packed into one not-so-large room and the adjacent hallway.

You can see it all in 15 minutes - or spend 3 solid days without leaving the room - depending on the level of your addiction.

Oh yeah - there's a full program of dawn-to-dark music just down the block.

Did I mention that it's free?

[really - it doesn't really change all that much from year to year]

If I missed someone, please post but here is the list as of mid-December:

Baltimore Brass
Brelmat
Buffet Crampon
Cimarron Music Press
Custom Music
Dillon
Dillon Miraphone
Doug Elliot
Euphonium.com Windsong Press
Getzen / Willson
GMI
Hickeys
ITEA & TE Press
Lee Stofer Music
Meinl Weston
Miraphone
Roundtree Music
SASI - MM *Tuba* Alexander
USAREC

Sloan is 100% right it doesn't change much each year, but there will be new tubas, euphs., cds and music.

If anyone is looking for a hotel, I just did my yearly priceline.com and got the Sheraton for $61.00 per night. Nice hotel and only a few minutes away. Not a bad breakfast either!

I'll be sharing a booth with Lee Stofer again this year, in our usual space. First booth on the right just inside the doors. I look forward to seeing old friends and making new ones.

After attending for the past 2 years and telling my sons all about it, all 3 of us are going this year. The only problem is fitting 2 tubas, a euph and 3 passengers into a Honda Accord coupe. I might have to leave my horn home, or try and fit the Yammy in somewhere. Looking forward to seeing everyone and having you meet my boys, both fine players (and kids).

For what it's worth, Bigbob, I have been to this conference every year since 2002, and I still get pretty excited about attending. I'm not too far behind on the age, nor in the enthusiasm. I am a total tuba junkie. Please don't tell that to the people who pay me to play.

I hope we get to meet there. There are a number of TubeNetters who attend each year. Many of them have been part of this thread, already.

See you in a few weeks.

I'm feeling very creative. Very ready to take a big risk. How about..........the bowling alley? What do you think?

Sounds fine. Do they serve a nice arugula salad with an amusing white wine?
