Re: jazz tuba
were you looking for the J.C. Johnson/Waller/Razaf, Randy Newman, Ted Northrup, Taj Weekes, or several dozen other composers ?
And were you looking for "Louisiana," "L.O.U.I.S.I.A.N.A.," "Louisiana 1927," "In Louisiana," "Louisiana Swing," or maybe 50 other variants?
(you can narrow it down a bit here: http://www.allmusic.com - put the title in the search box.)
Not being snarky - just trying to help!

I have the piece "New Orleans"...I forget who wrote it...but it's rather crazy...
I think I might end up as a grumpy old man when I get old...

Re: jazz tuba
New Orleans contains many of the same themes as the first two movements of the Bozza Concertino for Tuba and Piano.
