Never heard of this particular piece, but if it is a particular setting you want of that style, I have a couple different versions of the "National Air" from the 19th century, from the band books of the time. PM me if that is the case.

It looks like it was once published by Carl Fisher, but I did not see it for sale on their site.

Only one library, The University of North Texas, has it listed in WorldCat as part of their collection.

If you have the time, you can go here and download a bunch of the earlier versions of the Star-Spangled Banner:

You could then make your own versions for quintet. I have wanted to do this forever, but just have not found the time. I have played a bunch of them in Civil Brass Bands. It is quite fun and educational to see how the Banner developed over time...

Thank you, guys. I am certain that you are right about it being 2 treatments of the SSB..not 3, as I had remembered.
