So we had our first "Tuba Easter" this morning in church. (that is not trademarked yet is it?) We happen to have two very fine euph players and two tuba players and a friend who likes to play and joins in even though he doesn't belong to the church. We also have the pasotr's son who unfortunatley is away at grad school studying tuba right now, so we would really have a killer group if he was around!
Anyway i wrote out tubaxmas style arrangments of some popular easter hymns and we played some prelude, offertory anthem and postlude. I couldn't figure out how to get National Emblem in there however.
I just wanted to document this so that when it becomes a world wide phenomenon like that other tuba holiday, I can say we did it first!

Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?
