I am on my third day of wearing my $1.29* dress watch. It looks sharp and keeps good time. Despite being a mechanical (tourbillon, autowinding) mechanism, is ticks far more quietly than many quartz analog watches I have worn (and, at four times per second, like many high end watches.) I spent the last year wearing an inexpensive black plastic sports watch to work every day, and it just didn't look right with a shirt and tie.
It is 58 degrees in Rochester, so I am wearing shorts and a T-shirt for the first time since mid-September. Flip-flops will come out once the temperature goes above 70
On a side note, it's amazing what a little bit of sun can do to the attitude and demeanor of an entire college campus. People here are generally more pleasant and talkative than they have been all winter. It's a nice change.

I am a fashion plate today. Cargo shorts, sweatshirt, boot socks and birkinstocks. That is because my normal levis and Hi Techs are mud caked from two days of working in the clay.
Blue jeans and my UND Fighting Sioux hockey jersey as I just got home from the first round of play-offs against the MN Gophers. Go Sioux! Gopher season is now closed
Last time I checked - clothes; more specifically: three year old work oxfords, resoled 4 times, thick wool boot socks, Carhartt green work pants with my Galco belt and Anacortes Brass 'bee' buckle, a white waffle knit long sleeve undershirt and an old cotton knit fatigue sweater. Nice and casual.
Beginning again to be a tuba player.

I am wearing as many layers as possible. After a week of temperatures in the 50s-70s, Chicago decided today would be a good day for three inches of snow. Blah, I say, blah!
Some pair of black Nike "basketball pants" (snaps down the legs, super comfortable, etc.), a 100% cotton Kirkland Special white t-shirt, my finest pair of black dress socks, an excellent Casio Databank digital watch, my beautiful made-with-love burgundy/electric blue paracord bracelet and my Spyderco HoneyBee (as a necklace made with a couple of pieces of black paracord and two well-placed reef knots). Top it off with my "Are those real?" ℞ Ray-Ban Wayfarers (which I put on two hours after I woke up) and there's a Saturday for ya'.
It's chill day, maaaaan. That Relay for Life last night was tiring.
Same as yesterday, change the sweatshirt for a t-shirt. I love the way the weather here has been getting nicer...
just watch it change to snow now that I said that...
I think I might end up as a grumpy old man when I get old...
No Marty- you are not ....Today I am proudly wearing the official uniform of Fairfield County , Ct - Khakis and a navy blue blazer- yeah , I know, pretty gross !!! I will be in torn levis and a Dillon t-shirt for rehearsal tonight - jamsav
