Assuming you are talking about one of the bell screws and the mating flange that is soldered to the bell collar.... send me a picture of one of the other two that are remaining and a picture of what you think is the Olds fingerbutton. I'll root through my 'hellboxes' and see what I can come up with. My email is in my signature.

What I can offer you is from a Conn (I think). The mounting flange is round but could be ground to look sort of like the original. The backside would also have to be ground flat unless your Olds has an opening about 7/16" diameter to locate the flange. The threads on the screw are 1/4'-20.
