Euro at 4 year low--$1.19-- will German horn prices fall?

Post by bisontuba »

Hi-
I see today on the financial channels that the Euro is at a 4 year low--trading below $1.20--I wonder when the prices on German tubas in this country will reflect this? Just curious.....

Prices will drop whenever dealers move the stock of European tubas that they bought when the Euro was higher. I can't imagine they'd sell product at a loss on itmes they purchased months (or years) ago just because the Euro is down now.

That is, unless dealers are selling on consignment.

I guess if you traveled to Germany, your dollar would go farther there.
