Must have literature and recordings etc

Hey guys, long time no talk! Probably a ton of new faces here. I have recently returned from Afghanistan after my 2 years off of highschool, and have finally decided to audition for the Brandon University School of Music (MB, Canada). My three pieces are Rhapsody for Euphonium, Morceau Symphonique, and Werdens arr. of Serenade (fr. Student Prince). Irrelevant to know, but anyway, I hope you are all doing well and succeeding in your music endeavors!

This is your chance to help me make a huge difference in this particular music community when it comes to the status of the Euphonium player. The Band Director Dr. Wendy McCallum (whom has studied at UNT, and has a connection with Dr. B. Bowman ) has personally asked me to take a look at the schools library, and give her a SPECIFIC list of Euphonium recordings, works, studies etc that are a must have in the library, because they admittedly don't have much for the Euphonium.

I agreed that there is plenty of trombone literature that does fine for the Euphonium but NO KEVIN!!! Time to break the all too common double just for a little bit. I gave her names of many famous artists, and a few military bands that are great sources for recordings. You guys know more than me, I've been out of the loop so long. If you could compile a list of SOLO'S, TRAINING LITERATURE, and RECORDINGS, that would be great LEARNING tools in the school's library, it would be GREATLY appreciated.

From my minimal experience, all I could come up with off the top of my head were

Euphonium Concerto : Horovitz
Pantomime: Sparke
Rhapsody For Euphonium : Curnow
The Arbans Method
The Rochut studies (...I believe thats t-bone anyway..and how the *&(*&#(@ do you pronounce Rochut?)

What an awesome opportunity you've got to expand BU's euphonium stuff!

Have fun at school... my parents both went to BU for their undergrads, and I considered going there as well but didn't because it was just too far from my family. They've got a great music program.
