I am currently putting together a Sousaphone reference chart. This chart contains; make, model, bore size, weight, horn material, bell flare and collar measurements and various thread sizes for parts.

The list is currently incomplete, but there is still a great deal of useful information there. I am going to update the information as I get horns and parts to measure.

The purpose of this list is two fold; as a quick reference for a tech who works on Sousaphones and as a reference for players, parents and band directors who are evaluating horns.

You might want to include the key of the instrument, unless they are all going to be in Bb.

I will include Eb, Mammoth and Jumbo Sousa on my full chart that I am compiling right now.

The first list that is currently posted is designed for common horns. It is really supposed to be a quick reference for techs.

The next list will be historical in nature. Do you have an Eb?
