Currently there are two openings for either Undergraduate or Graduate tuba positions at The Meadows School of the Arts at Southern Methodist University for the 2011-12 academic year. The deadline for Undergraduate applications is January 15th and Graduate applications is February 15th.
The Meadows School of the Arts at Southern Methodist University offers conservatory-level music training with a high profile liberal arts education on a beautiful residential campus. Bachelor, Master, and Performer/Artist Diploma degrees are offered. Instrumental studios are taught by members of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra.
The Division of Music is accredited by NASM and TAMS. Significant financial aid and scholarships are available.

To any interested students who are serious about a career playing tuba, you must consider studying with Matt Good. Period. It will be one of the best decisions you ever make. It was for me.
