Advice?

I sold some mouthpieces last month to someone here on tubenet and was assured I would be sent the money via paypal once they were received. I hesitated for a second to agree to this condition but thought tuba players can usually be trusted. It's been almost a month now and they have surely arrived. I sent him a few emails to find out where the money is because I haven't received a payment yet. I haven't got a response from him. Am I out of 3 mouthpieces now or is there something I can do because I would like the money!
