Replacing wheels on MTS hard cases

Post by JCradler »

I've got an MTS hard tuba case and one of the wheel assemblies is beginning to let go where it is riveted into the case shell. It still rolls fine, but one day the other rivet will let go and the whole shebang is going to fall out. Has anyone had success replacing the whole wheel assembly? If so, where did you order the part?
Thanks,
JC

Just replacing a rivet is usually not a problem. If you want to change the whole wheel assembly... checking with an MTS dealer might be helpful. Ohio Travel Bag has wheel assemblies to fit most cases.
