I'm sure this Tuba is Chinese because the finish is the same to Tubas every Chinese I've ever seen.

The valve linkages are a dead give away for Cerveny.
Bach imported (as I recall) some Tubas from B&S. They were stencils of the PT-1. They imported them under their Mercedes name.

I've played one at the Conn-Selmer factory... pretty nice, as you would expect from Cerveny.
