You may have a true York Monster Eb. You see a lot of the 3/4 York E-flats for sale on Ebay and at shops and are aleays referred to on BBS's as Monster Eb's.

I have only seen two true Monster Eb's from York and none recently for sale. I remember the sound was magnificent but I cannot attest to the intonation characteristics.

Hello everyone.

I'm glad to know more about the serial number of Tuba York, and I believed it was 1914, but found that it is 1925, a relief because it's modern pitch .... serial=78825.

HI there,

The Tuba arrived in Brazil today.
I loved the sound is very beautiful.
The tuning is very good. I'm very happy with this purchase.
Actually the sound of Tubas Yorks are arguably unparalleled.
