Hello guys,
with friend of mine we are looking for a duet for trombone and tuba to have something to practice over summer, do you have any in mind?
Thanks a lot for your help!
EDIT: Im playing BBb tuba, 3rd year, my mate is fresh conservatory guy. I can play it one octave lower if needed... as long as its playable at my skill level.

Re: duet for trombone and tuba?
My favorite is, "Double Portraits", by the late David Uber. The piece is in three contrasting movements that depict New York City at different times of the day. The last copy I ordered was through Robert King Music. Hickey's Music is another possible place to try. This is a work for trombone and tuba.

You can get the counter parts for blazhevich and bordogni books that are fun to play in duets.

Thanks a lot for responses. That New York piece looks very nice for me, lets see if we can play it.
