Is Conn still producing the 5XJ series of horns? I don't see them listed on the Conn web site, and also don't see them listed through dealers that carried them, such as Dillon's. Did UMI or its parent corp pull the plug on this line? Inquiring minds want to know...

But, with the Canadian Brass' recent move to Conn-Selmer, there will have to be something for Chuck Daellenbach to play on.....perhaps one of those or even something new will be forthcoming..........

That's good news, the species continues to develop. Next NAMM show should be a Hoot!

Did the CB leave Yamaha or did Yamaha leave the CB?

I'm not so sure about that. Synergy BQ is with them now and I could have swore I heard the tuba player is using a Bach or Conn BBb..dwaskew wrote:But, with the Canadian Brass' recent move to Conn-Selmer, there will have to be something for Chuck Daellenbach to play on.....perhaps one of those or even something new will be forthcoming..........
