Wild Signals sheet music?

Apparently this piece for Tuba and Oboe from "Close Encounters" isn't sold. At least I can't find it. I'm wondering if anyone has made a transcription? Not for public performance, just personal enjoyment. (Wife and daughter are oboe players...)
