Here is some more experimenting with the Kodak Zi10 high def video camera. I placed the external mic away about 4 feet from the bell and I think this is about as good as it will sound. The next step will be looking into some video editing software so I can increase the volume within the video.

The Kodak Zi10 was purchased at WalMart for $159.00 and comes with an external mic and rechargable battery that will last about 8 hours.
