I only know that they are in Hagerstown. I lived in Baltimore 27 years, but never went there.

I know there's a TubeNetter on here from around Cumberland (I think her name is Kayla?). Maybe she knows something?

Thank ya! Ive got a Conn tuba I'm looking get completly overhauled and just asking around about different companys before I make a big decision.

Mizzell stripped and re- lacquered my Cerveny about 20 years ago. They did a very good job for what I paid and for what I requested. If I remember correctly, turnaround time was reasonable. At the time, they also did a lot of brass refinishing of stuff other than instruments, so I imagine the lacquer operation was running pretty regularly. Dunno if that helps, but there it is.
