One interesting instrument from 'Swenska Blasinstrumentfabriken Stockholm' is here.

This is a cool piece, but buyer beware.

In my opinion, and from my experience with instruments this old, that brass is thin, delicate and brittle. Any repairs would need to be handled with great care and lots of time to avoid cracks.

This is a great historical piece. I wonder what it is pitched at. I know the listing says F, but where exactly is it? I mean to say where is A. I am pretty sure it isn't A=440.

In the listing it says approx. 436, so it may play a tad low.
A colleague of mine used an old Ahlberg & Ohlsson 5v F, that looked the same as this instrument, when we did the Berlioz Fantastique last time. It did play in tune, however he had to use alternative fingerings for most of the notes... We tune at A approx 443 - 444.
