Very infrequently, I poke around at sibeliusmusic.com.

Yesterday, I tried to stop by, and see that it is gone-- although there is another site that sorta kinda replaces it.

Anyone know when sibeliusmusic died, and why?

From what I gather, the owners of Sibelius wanted to distance themselves from the process of selling music online. It seems that score exchange is run by different managers.

FWIW, I think this new site is better for arrangers/composers/publishers as it allows you to publish your scores for free and keep 50% of the sale price.
