I believe that they are redoing a lot of their models... So a new pro bag should be in the works.

Either way, they are open for business so I'm sure your warranty is fine.

Great bags!!!

The last I heard on this was that they had stopped making all the tuba bags. The reason was that, a trumpet is a trumpet and they will almost all fit in one standard bag. With tubas there were so many different sizes and shapes that they had to build a lot of stuff and then watch it sit on the shelf. To my knowledge they are no longer making any tuba bags and the one on their web site is probably a blowout left over from when they were making them.

Again, this is what I heard.

Totally agree with the above post. Best soft case I've ever owned/seen.

I believe that Roger is correct, there are too many variables in tuba sizes.

I may actually be the "straw that broke the camel's back" that resulted in them stopping their tuba bags. I ordered a SW Pro bag from Thomann (after asking them to check which bag was the best fit for my MW6450) They apparently also checked with Soundwear so I was surprised when the bag arrived and the tuba did not fit.

The people at Dimbath were great, I sent the bag back to them (at their cost) and also some photos of how the zip couldn't close, and they made me a new bag specifically for that tuba. The end result is a fantastic SW Pro bag for me, but it's a shame that immediately after that they decided to cease making tuba bags.
