Thank you very much for that photo!
But it is not the model the OP asks about. The Romera MC7 shown here has an unusual bulge(?) around the throat area, but no way close to the enormous dimensions of the mouthpiece on the OP’s photo.

The MC7 has a smooth profile from where the stem ends. Mr. Kim’s does not. The profile of the latter might suggest kind of an added weight like the ones available at some point of time for Denis Wick trumpet, cornet. horn, and trombone mouthpieces.
