Dating a photo of the Sousa band

This photo came up in a discussion on a horn list. Dating the photo might be helpful in identifying the horns.

As for the basses the constellation of 3 tubas and a raincatcher I am puzzled. Could point back towards the start of the sousaphone era, but then the tubas like having front action pistons would point somewhat later.

I have seen Conn front-action tubas from the 1890's, so I wouldn't assume too much about the dates fom the tubas other than it must be 1900+

If one of the double-bell euphonium players is Simone Mantia, and Authur Pryor is still with the band on trombone, then I would say 1900-1903.
