My mongrel 186 detachable with the retrofit St Pete bell & stock recording bell is pretty darn close. And in my current financial situation, not changing anytime in the significant future of this lifetime. Glad I enjoy playing it. It's here for the duration. I will say the only setting I have not used it in is orchestra, only because I haven't been asked to play in an orchestra of any kind since I have owned it. But I have played it in the hall where the regional orchestra performs, and it would hold its own well.

I'm playing a Kanstul 66T which I plan to play for as close to forever as I can.
