i will like to know when they came into this country and the history of the tuba.

A looooooooooong time ago, in a galaxy far far away, there was a god, and he created a tuba. That tuba was the Rudolf Meinl 3/4. After years of battle over it's ownership, the one Rudy passed into my possession. One Rudy to RULE THEM ALL!!!

But seriously, while I don't exactly know the history of them, they are GREAT tubas! I play one regularly, and it's my favorite tuba. I've never played anything better.
