Is the YFB-621 fifth valve slide long enough to pull it out for the "sharp 2+3" mirafone 5th valve interval? In other words, is it log enough to play low Bb 2+3+5 ?

The fifth valve double slide thing looks pretty long, at least in pictures.

No. The slide extension on the fifth valve makes the slide a flat-whole-tone slide instead of a flat-semitone slide. With the extension, it is the length of the first slide on a C tuba. Without the extension, it's like the second slide on a C tuba.
