That little Holton is no more? I always thought it was a neat looking horn; I'd like to try the Bb.

I liked the BBb too - it's was a bit broader sounding than it looked.

Yeah, I would have liked to have played one (HP BBb),as well. They have got to be out there somewhere. I have never seen a used one offered for sale. Unlikely horn for schools one would think.

Dillon's had one too. It wasn't cheap, but it seemed to sell quickly. People seem to love or hate these horns. I still don't know if it is a Conn or King... But I do know that he is working with Conn-Selmer to design a new CC tuba.

And the Cyborg did it to themselves when they altered a crucial place in the plumbing from the prototype 5XJ series which caused every one of them to play stuffy.J.c.
