Time for an unsolicited opinion...

Yes, the horn is located here in San Antonio, TX. I've had a great deal of time with it recently and can vouch for its quality. This is a great example of the PT10; the low end is better than most and overall it has a great sound.

Janet has taken great care of this instrument and has been very gracious letting me 'kick the tires". This would be an ideal buy for anyone in the market and at that price I'm sure it won't stick around for long.
