Looking for ex Navy or Marine Band tuba player

I was recently asked if I could help find Ike Evans age 64 who played tuba in either the Navy or Marine Band in the Washington D.C. area. The person requesting is an oboe playing cousin of Ike who is in some of the ensembles I play in here on Kauai. I told her I'd give it a try here on TubeNet.
