Any takers on the final price.... $1500 - $2000??

Notice the light weight for a Kaiser tuba - only 9.6kg. Would be ideal for standing gigs to still provide big broad tone.

Almost tempted myself. That would cause some interest at Whit Friday :P

Nah....it's only got 3 valves and the mouthpipe is dented up. I'd be surprised if it gets above $800. Otherwise, it looks to be in OK condition and probably plays well with a very nice sound.

Those old, large German/Czech/Bohemian Kaisertubas tend to be light horns with paper-thin metal; usually weighing a few pounds less than the modern equivalents.


Edit: Just looked at the other pics; there are more dents than I initially thought.
