The odds are astronomically against it; Getzen never marketed an A slide for their bass trumpets, and such an organism would be uncalled for and useless (save transposing D bass trumpet, but D ain't so bad on Bb; it's alto clef). Plus, it appears too long for A, too short for Ab (even more useless)
It also looks identical to the Eb Alto trumpet slide, which was marketed and in fact I believe was included standard with that instrument.
