I recently rediscovered a PT-20 that I haven't used for ages and am enjoying the sound and response of it. As it's the old numbering system, I can't find out any info on it. Does anyone know its specs? I'd like to try something similar on sousaphone, but my sousa is small shank so I need to find an equivalent that will fit it. I'm thinking that a Denis Wick 2 might be pretty close.
Can anyone offer any insight?
Cheers,
Tom

Re: Perantucci mouthpieces - old number system
The Perantucci S shank is an American sized shank -- the Perantucci standard shank is the large European size (sounds like the OP has the English size shank, about the same as a bass trombone shank). ISTR Perantuccis being available with the English shank (XS, maybe? not sure). If not, the Wick 1 would be closest to a PT-50 in terms of cup ID (PT-50 = 33 mm, Wick 1 = 32.5 mm, Wick 2 = 32 mm).
