Those basses and baritones sure can sing. It is nice to hear a man sing like a man once in a while, instead of most of this pop crap out there. Guys like Elvis and Johnny Cash weren't afraid to sing low when warranted, and don't get me started on Harold Reid of the Statler Brothers...
(Oh, yeah, heard some good low brass playing, too.)

I was fortunate enough to get orchestra seats for both Siegrfied and Gotterdamerung last season.
Chris Hall and Steve Norrel sounded amazing! Is beautiful and terrifying at the same time a comliment? Well it is to me me! The whole orchestra is simply flawless.

A real standout is Hans-Peter Konig as Fafner and Hagan. He has the most relaxed and resonant Bass voice I've ever heard. I thought he stole the show in Gottetdamerung. He should be required listening for tubists everywhere!
