Too much Jumbo Sousaphone?

At an alumni reception in West Lafayette this morning, the Purdue All-American Marching Band Alumni pep band did a little concert. Of course, I and PurdueTubaPlayer brought our King Jumbos....was there too much jumbo sousaphone? yeah...but it was awesome.... Actually, the horns sounded great in the large room we played in.

The one and only Dan Schultz stopped by beforehand because I think he felt the presence of Jumbos near him...he found us rehearsing in an undisclosed location.

Anyway, here is a pic....it's funny...the jumbos don't look THAT big without another horn around to reference them against.
