Oom-pah/October Fest Music for brass quartet/quintet

Post by Wyvern »

A group that I play with has been offered an October Fest type gig, but we don't have enough suitable music. Can anyone recommend where I might buy such oom-pah music for brass quintet/quartet?

Jonathan,
I don't know what your time frame is but this is a place (located in Texas, USA) I've dealt with. The owner, Herbert Bilhartz, has been wonderful to deal with. He's even had stuff that I needed quickly and he didn't have in stock, sent to me directly from Germany.

+1!!!
Herbert is a delight to deal with and extremely knowledgeable about all things German music. He will recommend what works and what won't for a quintet. He is on top of shipping, too. No credit cards, just a receipt enclosed with the shipment. 8)
