Sousaphone Size

A 20K is the sousaphone version of the 20/24J tuba. I'd say 'large-ish' 5/4 on the 20K. Probably the same goes for the Yammie.

Yes. I'd call a King 2350 and a Conn 14K (or current versions whatever their numbers, including the fiberglass or hybrid versions) as 4/4, and the Conn 20K as a 5/4.

I don't consider Yamaha or Jupiter as a "standard" anything but disposable.

Yup. And I'd consider the King 'Giant' to be a 5/4 sousaphone along with the Conn 20K.
And of course the King and Conn Jumbos to be 6/4 sousaphones.

At my first college, there was an old messed up York sousaphone that was about the size of a Conn 20K or Yamaha 411. I wanted to play it, but it had major leaks and the mouthpipe area was really screwed up. I think there were a couple old Conn 20K's too, but we played the Kings. All of those old sousas were satin-silverplated, with the York bright silverplated.

If the Mirafone 186 is a 4/4 tuba (with a bore almost as large as the Conn Jumbo!), than I'd definitely put in a bid for my 40k (like the 20K) also being a 4/4 tuba.

Wasn't there once a gallon/liter measurement proposed on this board so that we could talk about this nonsense amongst ourselves?
