Walter Hartley Double Concerto

Hey I'm playing the Walter Hartley Double Concerto for tuba and alto sax. I was wondering if any one else has played this and what their choice horn was on it C or F(not wondering about Bb or Eb since I do not own either). Thanks for any advice

I used a CC tuba, a medium sized one. Nice piece, and I found the bigger horn made a nice contrast with the sax sound. Enjoy!
